Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

A flat $5.95 per order, however many pouches you buy.

Processing and delivery

Orders are packed by hand and ship within 3–5 business days. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. International transit and customs clearance can add time, so please allow 7–14 days for delivery.

Returns and problems

Because these are food products, we can't accept returns of opened pouches. If your order arrives damaged, is wrong, or never arrives, email us within 30 days of purchase at help@thenaturesnookstore.com with your order details and a photo if possible. We'll send a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
